One might think these type of paintings are improvised. In some way they are. In another one they are not.

There was no premeditated design or idea. The first color was determining the next one and so on. There was a feeling of covering spaces with the correct colors, with the correct brushstroke, with the correct amount.

Correct is understood as the author’s aesthetic’s interpretation at the moment.
